James Suckling – Langhe Scapulin 2018
When, few years ago, we decided to change our style of vinification with the Chardonnay, using spontaneous fermentation, amphorae for the aging and writing on the label BIANCO instead of CHARDONNAY, we really had this idea: apple, lemon, stones….because this is the original and the unique expression coming from our soil in BARBARESCO!!!
James Suckling
Bianco (Chardonnay) Langhe Scapulin 2018 – 92 points
“A pretty, fruity white with sliced apples and hints of dried lemons and crushed stones. It’s full-bodied, layered and flavorful. Solid, crunchy Chardonnay.”
